There are still slips available for rent on this new house. If you are interested please call the office, and get yours
before they are all gone!
12/23/2010 The New Boathouse Padre 2A is ready to be moved into! There are a few minor things that still need to be completed
like power and water to the (3) 25' slips. But there is now power to all of the 40' slips. The water is off due to the cold
weather but there is winter water. So if you have reserved a slip you can move in!
12/17/2010 good news! House 2A is almost done. The water lines are installed, the power pedestals are installed and wired.
All that is needed is the main power connections. We hope that the house will be ready to move into by Jan.

Great news! The roof is up and Cookson Hills has put up the power pole! It is getting closer and closer to being ready. Don't

Well we have started construction on our new boat house! It will be named Padre (H-2a). It will be about 200' long and
will have twenty 40' slips and three 25' slips. Keep checking here for updates!
